Trainee Phlebotomist

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting blood and other specimens as per doctor’s request and support timely ward collections under supervision.
• Support generation of IRS, assist in confirming specimen collection, and escalate samples not meeting SOP criteria to senior staff.
• Assist in maintaining phlebotomy equipment, ensure cleanliness of collection areas, and follow proper sharp disposal practices under guidance.
• Support monitoring of stock levels and ensure availability of consumables, reporting shortages to seniors.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and SOP guidelines, maintain basic collection records, and actively participate in training to develop phlebotomy skills.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Matriculation
• Experience: Fresh/Having knowledge about Phlebotomy
• Work Shift: Morning, Evening and Night (Rotational)
• Location: Korangi Crossing, Karachi
