Textile & Workwear Merchandiser (Junior)

Job Description

Vorson, a diversified B2B execution partner established in 2006 and part of the TAG Group family of companies, has been delivering professional services since 1998. We serve a wide range of clients across corporate gifting, textiles and workwear, printing and packaging, digital signage, and marketing execution. We are currently seeking a Textile & Workwear Merchandiser to join our team and support order execution and coordination within our uniform and apparel production line.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sampling, fabric sourcing, and sizing activities in collaboration with the production floor team.
- Track and monitor order status from confirmation through to dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client specifications, measurements, and approvals to guarantee order accuracy.
- Liaise closely with the factory located at SITE Karachi to manage and follow up on production timelines.
- Assist in conducting quality checks prior to dispatch to uphold product standards.
- Prepare basic costing sheets under supervision to support budgeting and pricing processes.

Required Qualifications:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in merchandising, textiles, or garment production; internships are considered relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, garment sizing, and construction techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, comfortable working in a production-floor environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Business, or a related field.
