Industrial Relation (IR) Executive

Job Description

The IR Executive role is based in the SITE Area of Karachi and involves managing various personnel and HR operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment. The position requires handling employee records, attendance, leave, overtime, payroll inputs, and maintaining personnel documentation. Additionally, the role supports Industrial Relations activities, including addressing employee grievances, disciplinary matters, labour-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labour laws. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and employee-handling skills to effectively contribute to the HR and Industrial Relations functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day personnel and HR operations such as maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, leave management, and overtime documentation.
- Provide accurate payroll inputs and maintain personnel documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Support Industrial Relations activities by handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and labour-related inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth HR and Industrial Relations processes.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with employees and management to resolve issues promptly.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Personnel, HR Operations, or Industrial Relations, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employee relations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
