Who You Are:

• Energetic, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales
• Clear and confident communication skills
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate (preferred)
• Previous experience in a call center or telesales role is a strong advantage
• Ability to handle a target of 150+ calls daily
• Skilled in lead qualification, follow-ups, and objection handling
• Persistent, persuasive, and results-driven
