Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive specializing in insurance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong lead generation skills and experience in business-to-business sales, particularly within the insurance sector. This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships, understanding the healthcare and insurance landscape, and effectively communicating product benefits to meet client needs. The candidate should have at least one year of overall professional experience, with a minimum of six months dedicated to B2B sales within the insurance industry. This position does not involve team management but focuses on individual contribution to drive sales growth and expand the client base. In this role, the Sales Executive will engage with prospective clients in the healthcare, insurance, or Third Party Administrator (TPA) sectors, developing customized solutions that align with their business objectives. The Sales Executive must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a thorough understanding of insurance products, and the ability to identify and qualify leads efficiently. The company prefers candidates with a bachelors or masters degree who demonstrate a keen interest and relevant experience in the insurance domain.
Responsibilities
 

  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and networking in the B2B insurance market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and TPA representatives to understand their insurance needs.
  • Present and promote insurance products and services clearly to potential clients, focusing on the value and benefits specific to each client.
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis and tailor insurance solutions to meet the individual requirements of businesses in the healthcare and insurance sectors.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation through to deal closure, ensuring a smooth transition and high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools or internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and address client queries effectively.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates to provide relevant advice and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics to contribute to company growth objectives.
  • Participate in product training and development initiatives to enhance knowledge of insurance policies and evolving market demands.
