Discord Sales Specialist

We are #Hiring for a Discord Sales Specialist based in Karachi to generate and close clients for our design, development, and digital marketing services by actively engaging in Discord communities.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on outreach, conversations, and conversions, not passive community management.

What You’ll Do:

- Engage in targeted Discord servers (startups, SaaS founders, creators, agencies)

- Identify users who may need web development, branding, or marketing services

- Initiate conversations via DMs and public discussions

- Qualify leads and move them toward calls or direct closing

- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects

- Coordinate with internal team for proposals and delivery handoff

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in selling digital services (design, development, marketing)

- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Understanding of Discord engagement and outreach strategies

- Ability to handle objections and close deals

- Self-driven and results-focused mindset

- Must be based in Karachi

- Must be available for night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT)

Nice to Have:

- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, etc.)

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking

- Background in agencies or freelance platforms

Compensation:

- Market-competitive salary

- Performance-based commission (uncapped)

This is a sales role, not a community moderator position.

Performance will be measured on:

- Leads generated

- Conversations converted

- Deals closed
