Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Digilite Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Your focus will be on selling web development, branding, digital marketing, and SEO services to US-based clients. You will actively engage with potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms, ensuring that your communication is clear and persuasive with a professional US accent. Strong understanding of the design and development industry is essential to effectively position our services and meet client needs. This role requires a self-motivated professional comfortable working independently and meeting sales targets. You will use your expertise in customer relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling to build lasting relationships and drive business growth. Although this position does not involve managing a team, collaboration and proactive follow-up with leads and existing clients remain key components of your responsibilities. Your ability to forecast sales and generate leads through various platforms will directly impact the company’s success in competitive markets.
Responsibilities
 

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and outreach campaigns targeting US-based prospects using phone, email, LinkedIn, and text messaging platforms.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle independently, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions involving website development, logo and branding services, digital marketing retainers, and SEO.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively while addressing clients’ questions and concerns to build trust and facilitate decision-making.
  • Monitor sales targets and performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed goals.
  • Follow up diligently with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and report progress to management regularly.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the design and development market to position Digilite Solutions competitively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales approaches.
  • Use customer relationship management tools to track interactions, manage contacts, and document sales progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction post-sale.
