Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file various tax returns accurately and in compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough tax research to identify potential tax liabilities, optimize tax positions, and ensure compliance with evolving legislation.
• Assist with tax audits by gathering and organizing financial documentation and responding to inquiries from tax authorities.
• Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.
• Support the financial reporting process by providing accurate tax-related data and analyses.
• Utilize tax software and spreadsheet applications to manage tax data, perform calculations, and generate reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of tax operations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a taxation or accounting-related role.
• Solid understanding of Tax Law, Tax Filing, Tax Auditing, Tax Compliance, and Tax Research principles.
• Proficiency in Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
• Experience with Spreadsheet Software, particularly Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Database Management concepts and Tax Software.
• Demonstrated strong Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills.
• Proven Problem Solving abilities.
• Effective Communication and Time Management skills.
