Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage our remote workforce and support ongoing hiring and team operations. This role goes beyond traditional HR — you will work closely with technical teams and should have a basic understanding of software development or AI-related projects.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Coordinate with technical teams to understand hiring needs
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support employee engagement and remote team culture
  • Assist in performance tracking and internal processes
  • Ensure smooth communication across distributed teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or a related role
  • Basic understanding of technical roles (developers, AI, SaaS products)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background or exposure to software development, AI, or tech projects
  • Experience working with startups or remote teams
