This is a remote work opportunity suitable for someone with strong written English, admission processing experience and a good understanding of the Australian education and student visa system.
 

Key Responsibilities


 

  • Communicate with students to understand their education, employment background, study goals and future career plans.
  • Counsel students regarding suitable courses, institutions, entry requirements and available intakes.
  • Process admission applications with Australian universities, colleges and education providers.
  • Collect, review and organise applicants’ academic, employment, English-language and identification documents.
  • Complete application forms and submit accurate admission applications within required deadlines.
  • Follow up with students and education providers regarding application progress, additional document requests and admission outcomes.
  • Assist students in meeting offer-letter conditions.
  • Coordinate offer acceptance, fee payment, Overseas Student Health Cover and Confirmation of Enrolment processing.
  • Maintain accurate student records and regularly update the internal team and applicants.
  • Prepare personalised Statements of Purpose, admission statements and Genuine Student statements.
  • Draft course-change, career-progression, study-gap, visa-extension and academic-history explanations.
  • Ensure all written statements are accurate, consistent with supporting documents and specific to each applicant.
  • Conduct relevant research about institutions, courses, career outcomes and the applicant’s home-country opportunities.
  • Revise applications and written statements based on professional feedback.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all student and client information.

Requirements


 

  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong grammar and editing skills.
  • Previous experience in Australian admission processing, education consultancy or student visa documentation.
  • Experience preparing SOPs, Genuine Student statements or other personalised applicant statements.
  • Good understanding of the Australian education system, admission process and student visa framework.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with students and education providers.
  • Strong research, analytical, organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to preparing accurate, personalised work.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
