Staff Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional to oversee daily accounting operations and support financial reporting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role also involves coordinating audits, handling accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with budgeting and cash flow management. The position requires working night shifts and is based in specific city locations, with transportation provided for female employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger upkeep.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits by preparing audit schedules and necessary documentation.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts & Finance or an MBA in Finance.
- Currently enrolled in or partially qualified for ACCA, CMA, or CA certifications.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Proficient in financial systems and accounting software applications.
- Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Full-time night shift position.

- Work locations include Gulistan-e-Johar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, and Scheme 33.
- Monthly salary range of Rs50,000 to Rs65,000.
- In-person attendance is required.
- Candidates must be willing to work night shifts.
