Software Engineer

Samad Enterprises is seeking a skilled Software Engineer with a minimum of two years of professional experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodologies, and demonstrates expertise in Code Review, Unit Testing, and Continuous Integration. This role involves collaborating within a team environment and requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality software solutions. The Software Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that meet business needs. Additionally, the position involves managing a team of five professionals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that project goals are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
 

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications following the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile practices.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and delivery.
• Perform thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to company standards.
• Write and execute unit tests to identify and fix defects early in the development process.
• Implement Continuous Integration pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead and guide a team of five software professionals, providing technical direction and support.
• Ensure that all software development activities meet project timelines and quality expectations.
• Document software designs, coding standards, and test plans for reference and compliance purposes.
• Communicate progress and challenges effectively with stakeholders and adapt to evolving project requirements.
