 We’re Hiring: Full-Time Video Streaming Engineer (Remote/On-site)

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Streaming Engineer to join our team full-time and help us build and scale real-time video infrastructure for large-scale live streaming systems.

 Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing high-performance live streaming systems capable of delivering seamless video experiences to thousands (and potentially millions) of concurrent users.

🧠 Required Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in video streaming systems
• Strong expertise in WebRTC (real-time communication at scale)
• Solid experience with LiveKit or similar real-time media servers
• Deep understanding of streaming protocols such as:
• WebRTC
• HLS / LL-HLS
• RTMP / SRT
• Experience in scaling live video systems for high concurrency
• Strong debugging skills in latency, jitter, packet loss, and media quality issues

⚙️ Responsibilities

• Build and optimize real-time video streaming pipelines
• Work on low-latency WebRTC-based architecture
• Scale LiveKit-based or equivalent infrastructure for large audiences
• Improve video quality, stability, and performance under load
• Collaborate with backend and infrastructure teams
• Handle streaming reliability, failover, and observability

🌍 What We’re Building

We are developing a high-performance live streaming platform designed to support thousands of simultaneous viewers with ultra-low latency and high reliability.

💡 Bonus Skills

• SFU/MCU architecture experience
• Kubernetes / Docker / cloud deployment (AWS/GCP)
• Media server tuning and optimization
• Experience with large-scale broadcast systems
