4. Become a Testing Velocity Machine:

Most copywriters launch 1-2 tests per month. You'll launch 10-15. You'll master the art of rapid experimentation, developing intuition for what converts that only comes from seeing hundreds of tests play out in real-time.

Your Day-to-Day Mission

Craft & Refine AI-Powered Copy: Use generative AI tools to rapidly produce initial drafts and creative variations for landing pages, emails, ads, and social media, then apply your expert touch to edit, enhance, ensure brand alignment, and optimize for conversion
Master the Art of the Prompt: Develop and iterate on sophisticated prompts that translate customer insights, data, and brand guidelines into high-quality, conversion-focused outputs
Accelerate A/B Testing: Collaborate with the CRO team to design, launch, and analyze a high volume of A/B tests, leveraging AI to generate hypotheses and copy variants faster
Build a Smarter Content Engine: Analyze performance metrics to refine copy and feed learnings back into prompt libraries and AI workflows
Establish Best Practices: Stay at the forefront of AI copywriting technology and prompt engineering, documenting and sharing learnings for the entire marketing team
Manage Prompt & Asset Libraries: Curate and maintain a central library of high-performing prompts, copy frameworks, and content assets

What You'll Need:

3+ years of experience in direct-response or conversion-focused copywriting, with a proven portfolio of results
At least 1 year of hands-on experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing context to create and optimize content
Deep knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing methodologies, and data analysis
Proficiency in prompt engineering: ability to guide AI to produce on-brand, persuasive, and contextually relevant content that meets specific conversion goals
An analytical and experimental mindset, with a passion for using data to find what works
Familiarity with AI-powered testing platforms/dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Exceptional editing skills and a meticulous eye for detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and adapting quickly
