Software Engineer

Role:

PIPFA is seeking a Software Engineer to develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web-based and mobile applications. The role involves hands-on development, system optimization, and collaboration with the entire institution to deliver reliable and secure software solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and IIS configuration, along with reporting tools (e.g., RDLC, Crystal Reports).
• Strong concept of OOPs and DAL Models.
• Proficiency in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with version control, debugging, and deployment processes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
