Senior CMS Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to lead and execute complex web projects across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to transform Figma designs into high-quality, responsive websites using custom code and popular platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and Wix. Expertise in modern animations and interactive web elements is crucial to create engaging and seamless user experiences. This role requires a detail-oriented developer who can handle everything from theme development to advanced animation implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert Figma designs into clean, efficient HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
- Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch without relying on page builders.
- Transform existing HTML/CSS templates into fully functional WordPress websites.
- Create and manage Custom Post Types and Shortcodes within WordPress environments.
- Utilize PHP proficiently and demonstrate a solid understanding of WordPress core concepts.
- Debug, optimize, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth website performance.
- Convert Figma designs into Shopify themes and customize Shopify sections as required.
- Build and maintain websites using Webflow and Wix platforms when necessary.
- Implement advanced animations and interactive elements using GSAP and Locomotive Scroll libraries.
- Ensure all websites are fully responsive and deliver seamless user interactions across various devices.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in web development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of PHP, especially within WordPress development.
- Experience in developing custom WordPress themes and working with Custom Post Types and Shortcodes.
- Ability to convert HTML to WordPress without using page builders.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, particularly converting Figma designs into Shopify themes.
- Working knowledge of Webflow and Wix platforms.
- Familiarity with GSAP and Locomotive Scroll for creating advanced animations.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills to manage complex development challenges.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 110,000, depending on experience and skills.
