Associate Full Stack Developer (Node.js / Java Spring Boot)

Job Description

Eocean Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Associate Full Stack Developer to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications by working across both frontend and backend technologies. This position involves creating RESTful APIs, integrating databases, and collaborating closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting issues, supporting deployment activities, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack web applications using Node.js and/or Java Spring Boot.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs, including integration with third-party services.
- Work with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for relational database integration.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.
- Support deployment processes and ensure applications meet performance and security standards.
- Follow coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality and consistency.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of full stack application development concepts and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with backend development using Node.js and/or Java Spring Boot.
- Basic experience with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with relational databases and proficiency in writing and understanding SQL queries.
- Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git and collaborative development practices.
- Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and debugging techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot, fix bugs, and support existing applications effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Between 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in full stack development is preferred.
- This is a full-time, in-person role requiring physical presence at the office location.
