SITE SUPERVISOR (CONSTRUCTION)

JOB TITLE: SITE SUPERVISOR (CONSTRUCTION)

Location: Karachi

Summary:

A responsible and technically capable Site Supervisor who can effectively manage site operations, manpower, measurements, quality, and daily progress while working closely with the Application Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed as per approved specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate and manage manpower, applicators, subcontractors, and site resources.
• Ensure proper execution and quality of waterproofing, epoxy flooring, plaster, and finishing works.
• Take and maintain accurate site measurements and calculate SFT/quantities.
• Assist in material estimation and ensure proper utilization of materials at site.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with required quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare and submit Daily Site Progress Reports, measurements, and work updates to the Application Manager.
• Coordinate with the Application Manager regarding site requirements, progress, manpower, materials, and technical issues.
• Identify site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper discipline, safety, housekeeping, and work practices at the site.

Job Requirement:

• DAE Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 2–3 years site supervision experience.
• Experience in Waterproofing, Epoxy Flooring, Plaster & Finishing Works preferred.
• Good knowledge of site measurements, SFT calculation, material estimation and quality control.
• Able to manage manpower, applicators and subcontractors.
• Able to prepare daily site reports, measurements and progress updates.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/Excel preferred.
• Good communication, discipline and problem-solving skills.
• Bike/license and willingness to travel to different sites preferred.
