*𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐂𝐀𝐃 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 – 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢*

JOB PURPOSE

To prepare, revise, and manage technical drawings and design documentation required for construction execution, in coordination with the engineering and site teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and modify architectural, structural, and MEP drawings in AutoCAD.
• Convert design sketches and site instructions into detailed working drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings for construction and handover.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and version control.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants to incorporate design changes.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and drawing-based measurements.
• Print, distribute, and archive drawings for site and office use.
• Support 3D modeling/rendering as required for presentations.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper backup of design files.
