We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead and drive the human resources function in alignment with our organizational goals. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support business growth, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and HR analytics, while fostering a positive work environment and building a high-performing HR team.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Business Partnership: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Collaborate closely with senior leaders to address organizational challenges through effective HR solutions. Establish and maintain HR policies, frameworks, and best practices that support sustainable growth. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team to drive informed decision-making.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead the talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning efforts. Build robust talent pipelines for critical roles and leadership positions. Implement succession planning and talent management frameworks to ensure organizational readiness. Enhance employer branding and employee value proposition to attract top talent. Monitor recruitment metrics such as quality of hire, time-to-fill, and recruitment costs to optimize hiring processes.

Performance Management & Talent Development: Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop competency frameworks, KPIs, KRAs, and performance evaluation systems. Design and implement learning and development programs tailored to organizational and individual needs. Drive leadership development, career progression, and high-potential talent initiatives. Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning activities.

Compensation & Benefits: Formulate and manage competitive compensation and benefits strategies. Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness. Oversee salary revisions, promotions, incentives, bonuses, and benefits administration. Develop policies that enhance employee rewards and recognition.

Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive employee relations environment and address complex employee relations issues and disciplinary matters. Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, culture-building, and retention. Conduct and analyze employee engagement surveys to inform strategies that improve employee experience and reduce turnover.

HR Operations & Compliance: Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Continuously improve HR policies, standard operating procedures, and processes.

HR Analytics & Digital Transformation: Develop HR dashboards and leverage people analytics to support management decision-making. Track key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, hiring effectiveness, cost per hire, and workforce productivity. Lead HR digital transformation initiatives including HRMS/HRIS implementation. Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Organizational Development: Drive organizational structure optimization and workforce planning. Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and manpower planning. Support change management and organizational restructuring efforts. Develop competency models and career frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity.

Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to build a high-performing function. Set clear KPIs and performance expectations for team members. Establish roles, accountability, and service standards within the HR department. Develop succession plans to strengthen the HR leadership pipeline.

HR Governance & Reporting: Ensure robust HR governance, controls, and documentation. Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for senior management review. Monitor HR budgets and optimize costs. Maintain confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive employee information.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles with a strategic and operational focus.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR digital transformation and utilize HR analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in organizational development, change management, and workforce planning.

Compensation

The position offers a competitive salary starting from Rs 300,000 per month.

This role requires in-person attendance at the designated office location.
