Position: Recruitment Specialist

Department: Human Resources

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end talent acquisition with a strong focus on sales, commercial, and executive positions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

 

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and candidate onboarding.
• Leadership & Sales Hiring: Lead recruitment for critical roles including Regional Sales Managers, National Sales Managers, and mid-to-senior management positions.
• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, Manatal, referrals, and agency networks to source top-tier talent and build proactive candidate pipelines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with HODs to map manpower requirements, conduct initial HR interviews, present shortlists, and ensure quick turnaround times.
• Process & Reporting: Coordinate reference checks, pre-employment documentation, and maintain recruitment trackers and ATS reports to optimize TA operations.
  
  
   

Requirements: 

 

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated recruitment/talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record in sales and management hiring.
• Industry Preference: Prior experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or Healthcare is strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms like Manatal).
• Core Competencies: Excellent candidate assessment, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  
   

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience recruiting sales professionals in orthopedic or surgical sectors who deal with hospitals, surgeons, healthcare distributors, and institutional/tender business will be given strong preference.
