We are currently seeking a detail-oriented female candidate for a full-time back office support role within the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess strong Excel skills, and demonstrate excellent typing speed and communication abilities. This position operates on a night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM and is based in Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi. Previous experience in back office support is preferred but not mandatory. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient back office support by managing data entry and basic data analysis using Excel.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all typing and documentation tasks.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, to support internal teams and processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during night shift hours.
- Handle routine administrative duties to support operational requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent English communication skills, with confident speaking and writing abilities. An American accent is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage basic data analysis tasks.
- Good typing speed with a focus on accuracy and detail.

- Availability to work full-time during the night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
- Willingness to work on-site at the designated location in Karachi.
