About Us

Moazzam Khan Couture is a luxury fashion house specializing in bridal, formal, and occasion wear. We are looking for a passionate and commercially-minded Fashion Merchandising Executive who can help us understand customer preferences, optimize product presentation, analyze sales trends, and contribute to the growth of our brand.

The Fashion Merchandising Executive will be responsible for analyzing product performance, monitoring customer preferences, improving visual merchandising, conducting market research, and providing business insights that support sales and collection planning.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion retail, customer behavior, fashion trends, and merchandising principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance of dresses and collections.
• Identify best-selling and slow-moving products.
• Analyze customer preferences regarding colors, fabrics, silhouettes, embellishments, and price points.
• Track inventory movement and provide stock-related recommendations.
• Assist in minimizing dead stock and improving inventory turnover.
• Plan and maintain attractive product displays within the boutique.
• Recommend improvements in product placement and merchandising strategies.
• Conduct fashion trend and competitor research.
• Observe customer buying patterns and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support collection planning through market and customer analysis.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for collection launches, photoshoots, and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly merchandising and sales performance reports.
• Present recommendations to management for improving sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing & Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail, merchandising, luxury retail, or related fields will be preferred.
• Strong interest in luxury fashion and bridal wear.
• Good understanding of customer behavior and fashion trends.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and present findings professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time - Monday To Saturday (1:00pm to 10:00pm)

Location: Tariq Road, Karachi

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
