Senior Creative Content Writer

Job Description

We are seeking a senior writer who excels at transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging content. The ideal candidate will be versatile, able to adapt their writing style across various brands, industries, and audiences. This role requires a full-time, onsite commitment during night shifts. Please note that applications for remote or part-time positions will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling content including website copy, blogs, campaign concepts, video scripts, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Develop original story angles while maintaining a consistent brand voice and crafting persuasive calls to action.
- Conduct thorough research and interviews to support storytelling and content accuracy.
- Apply strong editorial judgment by verifying claims, identifying weak sources, and avoiding unsupported statements.
- Utilize AI writing tools thoughtfully, ensuring all content remains original, accurate, and of high quality.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on work produced by other writers.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and respond effectively to feedback.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional writing experience, supported by a robust portfolio.
- Excellent command of English grammar, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to follow either UK or US English conventions.
- Proven experience writing across multiple formats such as website copy, blogs, campaign materials, video scripts, and social content.
- Strong storytelling, research, and interviewing abilities.
- Understanding of search intent, SEO, answer engine optimization (AEO), and generative engine optimization (GEO).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain editorial integrity and sound judgment in content creation.
- Experience in reviewing and providing feedback on other writers’ work.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Portfolio Requirement
Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing published articles, website copy, campaign work, and video scripts. Each sample should clearly indicate the candidate’s specific contributions.

Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 100,000. This is an in-person role requiring attendance during night shifts.
