Job Description

Faisal Movers is seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to monitor and safeguard company premises, including terminals and offices. This role demands a dedicated professional who can efficiently control access, conduct thorough patrols, and maintain detailed records of visitors and vehicles. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sense of observation, good communication skills, and the physical endurance to perform duties in rotational shifts including nights and holidays. Previous experience in security and a qualification of at least middle matriculation is preferred, with retired Armed Forces personnel highly encouraged to apply. As a Security Guard, you play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and safe environment by actively identifying and reporting suspicious activities, managing crowds, and supporting emergency response efforts. You will ensure strict adherence to company security protocols, protect property from unauthorized access or damage, and assist passengers when needed. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires independence, alertness, and a commitment to uphold safety standards at all times.
Responsibilities
 

• Monitor and secure assigned premises, terminals, and offices continuously to ensure safety.
• Control entry and exit points for staff, visitors, and vehicles to maintain authorized access.
• Conduct routine patrols around the premises to identify and prevent potential security risks.
• Observe all activities vigilantly, promptly reporting any suspicious behavior, security breaches, or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of all visitors and vehicles entering or leaving the premises.
• Assist in managing crowds and guide passengers effectively during peak times or emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with all company security policies and procedures at all times.
• Support emergency response and evacuation procedures by being prepared to act swiftly.
• Protect company property by preventing theft, vandalism, or any unauthorized access.
• Maintain physical fitness to perform prolonged standing, walking, and patrolling duties efficiently.
• Work flexible hours according to rotational shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Stay alert and aware of your surroundings to respond quickly to any security threats or emergencies.
