Waterlink Trading invites enthusiastic individuals to join as a Sales Intern in a fully remote capacity, exclusively for Pakistani nationals. This role is designed for individuals with at least one year of experience who are eager to develop practical sales skills and gain valuable exposure to customer relationship management and lead generation. The position requires strong communication abilities and a proactive attitude toward learning. Interns will engage directly with customers, assist the sales team, and contribute to business growth by generating and nurturing leads using various tools including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. As a Sales Intern at Waterlink Trading, you will work independently from your location while collaborating with a dynamic team focused on delivering excellent service and achieving sales goals. Although you will not manage a team, you will have the opportunity to observe sales strategies and customer interaction techniques that are essential for career advancement in sales. This role provides a solid foundation in sales principles and practices, offering hands-on experience, continuous learning opportunities, and preparation for future positions within the company or broader sales domains.
Responsibilities
 

  • Initiate and maintain contact with potential customers through calls, emails, and digital communication channels.
  • Input and manage customer data accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track sales activities and follow up efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations tailored to client needs and interests.
  • Support lead generation activities by researching markets and identifying potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand product offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Develop basic understanding of sales processes and techniques by actively engaging in training and learning sessions.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers to build lasting relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and customer feedback to assist in refining sales strategies and procedures.
  • Manage personal workload effectively to meet deadlines and achieve performance objectives while working remotely.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports, manage data, and support sales documentation needs.
