Mars Gas is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Candidate to lead and drive our sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage a large team of 50 persons, coordinating efforts to enhance customer engagement, develop effective marketing campaigns, and improve sales performance. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of sales forecasting, campaign management, and customer relationship management. This position demands at least five years of relevant experience to successfully develop strategies that align with corporate goals and maximize business growth. In this role, you will oversee the sales and marketing operations, ensuring that the team meets and exceeds sales targets while executing creative marketing plans. You will work closely with management to analyze market trends, foster customer relationships, and implement data-driven sales forecasts. As the leader of a sizable team, you will also be responsible for motivating, training, and monitoring team performance, cultivating a results-oriented environment within the organization.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and manage a sales and marketing team of 50 individuals, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations to maximize team productivity.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies to achieve the companys revenue targets and expand the client base.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services, enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage client interactions, track sales pipelines, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales forecasting data to adjust strategies and optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing goals with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and market trends to senior management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in sales techniques and marketing methods to enhance skill development.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to support long-term business success.
