Salary: PKR 70,000 – 85,000

Bluebird Paint Industries is seeking an Internal Auditor to join our growing team.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are currently working in, or have recently completed, their audit experience with a Top 10 Audit Firm in Pakistan and are ready to make their first move into industry.

Preference will be given to candidates from audit firms rather than those already working in industry, as the role requires strong audit fundamentals, professional discipline, and exposure to diverse business processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of audit experience in a Top 10 Audit Firm in Pakistan
• CA / ACCA / ICMA (Part Qualified or Qualified preferred)
• Strong understanding of IFRS, ISA, internal controls, and risk-based auditing
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and audit documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk-based internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas
• Evaluate internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities
• Prepare audit working papers and audit reports
• Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions
• Assist in strengthening SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks
