Sales Associate - Ladies Under Garments

This role involves welcoming customers and guiding them in choosing appropriate ladies’ undergarments based on their preferences and needs. The candidate will provide detailed and accurate information about product sizes, styles, materials, and available designs to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining customer privacy and handling all interactions with professionalism and respect is essential. The position requires meeting sales targets while actively promoting departmental products. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for organizing and displaying products neatly, replenishing stock, and ensuring all items are correctly tagged with prices. Monitoring inventory levels and reporting any shortages or damaged goods to the supervisor is part of the daily routine. Maintaining cleanliness and order within the department and assisting customers with product-related inquiries to create a positive shopping experience are also key aspects of the role. The candidate will be expected to adhere to store policies, customer service standards, and departmental procedures, along with performing any other duties assigned by the department supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable ladies’ undergarments according to their needs.
- Provide accurate information regarding product sizes, styles, materials, and designs.
- Maintain customer privacy and conduct all interactions professionally and respectfully.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and actively promote departmental products.
- Ensure proper product arrangement, display, and size-wise organization on shelves and racks.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are properly tagged with prices.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages or damaged products to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the department.
- Assist customers with product-related queries to enhance their shopping experience.
- Follow store policies, customer service standards, and departmental procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the department supervisor.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate education preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of ladies’ undergarments and related products is advantageous.
- Ability to assist customers professionally while maintaining privacy and discretion.
- Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and achieve sales targets.
