Agay Barho seeks a skilled Relationship Manager specializing in the banking sector. This role demands a professional with a robust understanding of financial markets, credit, and financial analysis combined with strong client relationship management abilities. The individual will handle corporate client portfolios with an emphasis on meeting profitability targets through trade volumes, fee-based income, and cross-selling banking products. The role involves continuous monitoring of customer financial health and credit quality to proactively manage risk. The ideal candidate holds an MBA with a finance major or equivalent qualification and has a minimum of three years experience, including at least one year in corporate banking. The person will not manage a team but must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, alongside proficiency in credit evaluation and risk assessment. This position plays a critical role in structuring credit facilities compliant with regulations and internal policies and maintaining strong client relationships to maximize revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities
Manage prospective and existing corporate client relationships to achieve profit, fee-based income, trade volume, and cross-selling targets.

Continuously monitor and evaluate the financial health and credit quality of customers and their respective industries to identify and mitigate potential risks in transactional activities.

Conduct credit proposal analysis, assessing financial risk profiles, repayment capabilities, security adequacy, and industry positioning, alongside external environmental factors affecting credit portfolios.

Ensure credit facilities are structured appropriately, adhering strictly to all internal and external regulatory policies and banking guidelines.

Develop, enhance, and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients to ensure revenue and profit goals are achieved or exceeded.

Design and implement a structured outreach program to identify new business opportunities and match customer needs with the banks product offerings.

Provide regular performance updates on managed accounts to senior relationship management personnel.

Prepare and initiate credit approval documentation, ensuring all credit applications and renewals comply with the banks policy framework and regulatory requirements.

Verify the completeness of all documentation related to credit proposals and collaborate with credit quality managers to eliminate security shortfalls.

Maintain awareness of market and industry trends to inform credit and business development strategies and maintain competitive positioning.
