Job Summary
Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a Finance Executive for its client in the insurance brokerage sector. The selected candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and audit-related activities while ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain financial records including transactions, expenses, and reimbursements
Assist in tax calculations, filings, and compliance activities
Support Sales Tax and Withholding Tax workings and submissions
Manage invoices, vouchers, and supporting documentation
Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
Assist in audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and internal teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or Audit
Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial record management
Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Sales Tax and Withholding Tax regulations
Experience in financial reporting and reconciliations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with audit and compliance processes
