We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Head Cashier (Accounts Officer) to manage branch cash operations, ensure accurate financial transactions, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash receipts, payments, and petty cash transactions.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of cash balances on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and maintain cash books, vouchers, and financial records.
  • Verify and process customer payments, deposits, and refunds.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Department for timely reporting and reconciliation.
  • Monitor branch cash flow and ensure adequate cash availability.
  • Maintain proper documentation and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Prepare periodic financial and cash management reports.
  • Handle bank deposits and coordinate banking transactions.
  • Support branch management in financial and administrative matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in cash handling, accounting, or finance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cash management procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software/ERP systems.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high level of accuracy and integrity.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
