Relationship Manager – Auto Finance / Auto Leasing

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd seeks a motivated Relationship Manager for its Auto Finance and Auto Leasing division based in Karachi, Pakistan. This role focuses on driving sales, managing customer relationships, and conducting thorough credit assessments for auto financing and leasing clients. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, with at least five years of relevant experience. The candidate will lead a small team and implement effective sales strategies to reach assigned targets while ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines. The Relationship Manager is responsible for building strong connections with customers, dealers, and stakeholders, identifying new market opportunities, monitoring sales performance, and assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills are essential to excel in this role. The candidate must apply detailed financial analysis and risk evaluation to recommend appropriate financing limits and terms, aiming to minimize credit risk and enhance portfolio quality.
Responsibilities
 

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in the auto finance and leasing sectors.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, auto dealers, and other key stakeholders to facilitate business development.
• Lead and manage a small team by providing guidance, support, and performance monitoring to achieve team objectives.
• Evaluate credit applications by analyzing financial statements, cash flow, credit history, and repayment capacity of customers and lessees.
• Assess and mitigate credit risks by recommending suitable financing limits, terms, and conditions tailored to each customer's profile.
• Prepare comprehensive credit reports including financial analysis, risk evaluation, and detailed recommendations for management review.
• Continuously monitor existing customer portfolios to identify potential repayment issues or defaults and take proactive measures.
• Ensure all credit and sales processes comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements to maintain operational integrity.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline loan origination processes and improve customer experience.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding sales performance, portfolio health, and risk exposure.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing concerns promptly and efficiently.
