We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Accounts Specialist to handle various financial tasks within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
• Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by performing regular audits and reconciliations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance and recommend best practices.
• Provide support during internal and external audits and assist in resolving any related issues.
• Must have knowledge and experience in GST, Income Tax and returns.
• Preparation and presentation of P&L, Balance Sheet, and cost analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.
• Perform ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ICMA, CA, CMA) is a plus.
• Must have knowledge and Expertise in QuickBooks accounting software.
• Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, with a minimum of [3] years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.Proficiency in financial management software and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
