Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with our international clients at a dynamic digital marketing agency. The successful candidate will possess strong English communication skills, experience working with overseas clients, and a solid understanding of digital marketing services. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively coordinate projects and ensure client satisfaction across various digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the onboarding process for new clients and maintain robust, ongoing relationships with international accounts.
- Coordinate and oversee digital marketing projects, including SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and website development initiatives.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients through emails, video calls, and regular project updates to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee the timely delivery of projects and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels, handle billing follow-ups, and identify potential upselling opportunities to support business growth.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in account management or client success roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing international clients, preferably from regions such as the USA, UK, Canada, or Australia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and the ability to coordinate multiple projects effectively.
- Capability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and work efficiently across different time zones.

Work Location

This position requires in-person attendance at the office.
