QC OFFICER

Job Description

The QC Officer at Style Group of Industries plays a critical role in maintaining high-quality standards in the manufacturing and production processes. This position is responsible for examining materials and finished goods to ensure they meet predefined industry safety and operational standards. The officer carefully evaluates production line conditions to confirm they operate within acceptable tolerance levels, ensuring that all products comply with technical specifications. This role demands strong attention to detail, an understanding of quality management principles, and the ability to use various testing equipment and measuring tools effectively. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, practical quality control experience, and certifications such as Six Sigma or ISO. Working without team management responsibilities, the QC Officer focuses on hands-on quality assurance activities at the production site located on 32-Km, Sue Asal Kasur Road Lahore. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying quality issues and collaborating with production personnel to ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly. The officer supports the continuous improvement of quality processes and contributes to achieving the companys commitment to delivering safe and reliable products to customers.
Responsibilities
 

• Evaluate production line conditions to ensure operations remain within acceptable tolerance limits and standards.
• Examine raw materials, components, and finished goods using appropriate measuring tools, blueprints, and standard testing methods.
• Use testing equipment to assess materials and finished products against technical specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor production processes regularly to detect deviations or defects and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of inspection results, quality control tests, non-conformities, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety, operational standards, and company policies throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support audits and certification processes related to quality management systems such as Six Sigma or ISO standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest quality control techniques, tools, and best practices relevant to the manufacturing industry.
• Assist in training production personnel on quality requirements and proper testing procedures to maintain product integrity.
• Contribute to product development discussions by providing quality insights and risk assessments.
