Job Description

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Mayo Soron Plant Operator to oversee and manage the mayonnaise production processes at our facility. 

Responsibilities
 

Job Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor the Soron Mayonnaise Plant.
• Prepare batches according to production recipes and standards.
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and hygiene requirements.
• Monitor process parameters and maintain production records.
• Perform routine cleaning and support basic troubleshooting.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards.

Requirements:
• Intermediate or DAE (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical).
• 1–5 years of experience in mayonnaise, sauces, dressings, or food processing operations.
• Knowledge of mixing, emulsification, and food manufacturing processes
