IMMEDIATE JOINING

This is a full-time, onsite role.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 3, Karachi

Timings: 3–11 PM, Mon–Fri
 

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads / PPC
• Service industry experience is a MUST
• Real estate PPC experience is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Ads and Display Ads
• Experience with keyword research, match types and negative keywords
• Understanding of CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate and ROAS
• Experience with conversion tracking and campaign analytics
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaign performance
• Experience with A/B testing and ad optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal English
• Strong attention to detail and KPI-focused
   

Role Overview:

• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns
• Conduct keyword and competitor research
• Create and optimize campaigns, ad groups and ad copy
• Manage keywords, search terms and negative keywords
• Monitor and optimize bids, budgets and targeting
• Track leads, conversions and campaign KPIs
• Identify opportunities to reduce CPL and improve ROI
• Coordinate with creative and web teams on landing pages and ad assets
• Prepare regular PPC performance reports
• Test, optimize and scale campaigns based on results
