Pattern Master - Leather Garments

We are looking for a Pattern Master with hands-on experience in manual pattern making, grading, pattern copying, fitting, and sample development for leather garments. The candidate will work closely with sampling, stitching, and production teams to ensure accurate and production-ready patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Develop, modify, copy, and maintain manual patterns for leather garments.
• Perform manual grading according to required size specifications.
• Create patterns from samples, measurement sheets, or design references.
• Check garment measurements, fit, construction, and pattern accuracy.
• Make pattern corrections based on fitting and production feedback.
• Ensure proper seam matching, armholes, sleeves, collars, shoulders, and garment balance.
• Coordinate with sampling, stitching, and production teams.
• Maintain records of patterns, size sets, corrections, and approved samples.
  
  
   

Key Requirements:

 

• Mininum 4–5 years of hands on experience in manual pattern making and grading, specifically for leather garments.
• Knowledge of garment measurements, fitting, construction, and stitching.
• Ability to copy existing patterns and develop patterns from physical samples.
• Ability to read measurement sheets and make required pattern corrections.
• Good attention to detail and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in an on-site production or sampling environment.
