Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi

Industry: Health & Wellness (Vitamins & Dietary Supplements)

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: PKR 90,000 – 140,000

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.

Promote products and convert prospects into paying customers.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer objections, inquiries, and negotiations professionally.

Follow up with potential customers to close sales.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.

Use CRM systems to track sales activities and conversions.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in local outbound sales call centers (Mandatory).

Proven experience in outbound telemarketing and direct sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Ability to handle objections and consistently achieve sales targets.

Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications is preferred.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
