Key Account Sales Specialist

Saya Traders is seeking three motivated Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Karachi. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and business potential is maximized.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new clients and market opportunities to grow the customer base actively.
- Stock Management: Monitor stock availability, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely service to customers.
- Credit Management: Oversee customer credit limits, payment schedules, and outstanding balances while maintaining positive business relations.
- Account Growth: Analyze customer requirements to identify opportunities for increasing sales and maximizing account potential.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- A proactive, confident, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to build and nurture business relationships as well as develop new client opportunities.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A strong sense of responsibility and ownership over assigned tasks and client portfolios.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in sales, trading, or B2B business environments is advantageous.
- Starting salary of PKR 50,000 per month.
- Additional benefits include fuel allowance, mobile allowance, and provided lunch.
- A 20% salary increase upon successful completion of a three-month probation period.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at Saya Traders in Karachi. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
