Assistant (Trainee BPO)

ABS International is seeking a dedicated Assistant Head of Department Trainee to join their sales team at the Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14 branch in Karachi. This unique trainee position offers hands-on experience working closely with the Sales Head of Department, learning the full scope of sales floor operations, team management, and reporting. The role is designed to develop leadership skills, with the opportunity to step into a supervisory position during the Head of Department’s absence. This is a permanent, on-site role with working hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Department during the initial 4-month training phase to observe and understand daily sales floor operations, team supervision, and reporting processes.
- After the training period, take on supervisory duties by managing the department in the absence of the Head of Department and supporting daily management tasks.
- Maintain smooth operations on the sales floor, ensuring team coordination and adherence to company standards.
- Report on team performance and assist in implementing strategies to improve sales and productivity.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient spoken and written English with confident conversational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to provide clear instructions and motivate a team.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
- A responsible and reliable work ethic, showing genuine interest in building a long-term career within the organization.
