Assistant Head of Department, Sales (Trainee) | ABS International

ABS International is hiring an Assistant Head of Department Trainee to work directly alongside our Sales Head of Department. You will learn the full running of a sales floor, then step into a supervisory role when the HOD is not available.

The Role

• Months 1 to 4: work closely with the HOD, observing and learning daily operations, team management, reporting and floor supervision.
• After the phase: supervise the department in the HOD’s absence and support the HOD in day-to-day management.
• Initial placement is at our Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14 branch.

What You Will Earn

• Base salary: PKR 35,000 to 40,000 per month
• Attendance allowance: PKR 3,000 per month
• Incentive and commission structure added to your package once you complete the phase and are assessed as ready
• Permanent employment with a defined path to promotion

Who Should Apply

• Confident, conversational English, spoken and written
• A confident leadership presence and the ability to give clear instructions to a team
• Working knowledge of computers, MS Office and Excel
• A responsible, reliable attitude and a genuine interest in a long-term career with one organisation
• Freshers and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, fully on-site.
