Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Organic Lead Generation Specialist to identify and generate business opportunities through social media platforms and professional networking channels. The ideal candidate should be skilled in outreach, relationship building, and prospect engagement to generate qualified leads organically.

This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively connect with potential clients, nurture relationships, and contribute to business growth without relying on paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other social platforms
• Conduct strategic outreach and engage with potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
• Identify business opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Research target audiences, industries, and market trends
• Maintain accurate lead databases and activity reports
• Develop and implement effective organic lead generation strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in organic lead generation and social media outreach
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify, qualify, and nurture potential prospects
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly preferred
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
