Medical Director

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Director to join Al-Mustafa Hospital. Candidates with a strong background in both clinical practice and administrative management, along with experience in SHCC documentation, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement clinical and operational plans, policies, and procedures
• Lead and manage overall hospital operations to ensure efficient functioning of all departments
• Monitor and supervise clinical care and patient services.
• Oversee management of clinical staff and consultants.
• Conduct interviews of clinical staff and consultants for the hospital and its other units
• Foster coordination and collaboration between doctors and clinical teams to enhance patient care.
• Coordinate with consultants to address queries, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth clinical operations.
• Conduct regular clinical rounds to ensure quality patient care and adherence to protocols.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: MBBS degree with a Master’s or Postgraduate qualification in Healthcare/Hospital Management.

Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in a reputable hospital with expertise in SHCC documentation.
