Marketing Manager

Position: Marketing Manager
Company: Hamsun Hospitality
Location: Karachi

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to manage the overall marketing function for Hamsun Hospitality & its brands.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage social media platforms and content calendars
• Handle digital marketing, including Meta and Google Ads
• Plan content, photoshoots, videos, reels and promotional campaigns
• Manage brand communication and ensure consistency
• Plan offers, launches, events and seasonal promotions
• Explore collaborations and marketing opportunities
• Track campaign performance and marketing results
• Coordinate with designers, agencies and external vendors
• Work with the Operations and Management teams to support business growth

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or lifestyle brands preferred
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Good communication, creative and campaign-planning skills
• Ability to independently manage the complete marketing function
