Brand Innovation Specialist

Applause Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and strategic Brand Specialist to take ownership of our brand identity, positioning, and overall brand presence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
• Maintain consistency across all brand communications, campaigns, social media, website, and marketing materials.
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns and brand assets.
• Plan and manage brand campaigns from concept through execution.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, positioning, and audience engagement.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure the brand’s tone, messaging, and visual identity remain consistent across platforms.
• Review marketing and creative content to ensure it aligns with established brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of branding, positioning, marketing, and audience engagement.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative, marketing, and other internal teams.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and current marketing trends.
• A portfolio or examples of previous branding/campaign work will be an advantage.

📍 Location: Phase 8, DHA, Karachi

🏢 Work Mode: Onsite

🕐 Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday
