Qualification:  Master’s in Computer Science (18 years education)

Experience:  Up to 5 years of relevant experience

Required Technical Skills: .Net Core, SQL Server, HTML, JS, CSS, WordPress

Responsibilities
 

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and integration of ERP and ZABDesk systems.
• Oversee the implementation and expansion of ERP systems across multiple SZABIST University campuses, ensuring seamless system integration and consistent functionality.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and university management to facilitate clear communication and project alignment.
• Ensure all software development and IT operations comply with industry best practices, regulatory standards, and institutional policies.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical guidelines to support continuity and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and enhance system components and modules, adhering to high-quality coding and testing standards.
• Identify potential risks in software development and IT infrastructure, taking proactive measures to mitigate these risks.
• Drive cost-effective technology solutions to optimize resource usage and reduce operational expenses.
• Coordinate and manage semester activities, including the opening and closing processes and generation of academic reports related to semesters.
• Provide timely and effective software training sessions for staff and faculty members to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of two software engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting professional development.
• Execute additional tasks and strategic initiatives assigned by senior management, contributing to organizational goals.
