About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Sales Engineer (Inside Sales) to join a leading engineering solutions company. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Process sales orders and invoices accurately.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with field sales representatives to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Inside Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Coordination, or Customer Service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
