y.ROLE OVERVI

EWAs a Medical Lab Technician Domain Expert at Sourcebae, you will apply your diagnostic laboratory knowledge — hematology, clinical biochemistry, microbiology, pathology, serology, and molecular diagnostics — to train AI systems that interpret lab reports, identify abnormal values, and correlate findings with clinical conditions. You will review AI-generated lab report interpretations, validate diagnostic data extractions, create structured lab datasets, and ensure AI models correctly understand normal ranges, critical values, and clinically significant patterns. This role is perfect for DMLT/BMLT/MSc MLT graduates who want to use their diagnostic expertise for cutting-edge AI work with flexible, remote schedule
s.WHAT YOU WILL

DOLab Report Interpretation Evaluation: Review AI-generated interpretations of common lab investigations — CBC, LFT, RFT, lipid profile, thyroid profile, urine analysis, blood glucose, coagulation studies, and electrolytes — validating accuracy of normal/abnormal flagging and clinical correlatio
n.Diagnostic Data Extraction & Labeling: Extract and label structured data from sample lab reports: test names, values, units, reference ranges, abnormal flags, and specimen types — creating ground-truth datasets for AI diagnostic model
s.Critical Value Identification: Verify that AI models correctly identify and flag critical lab values (panic values) that require immediate clinical attention: severe anemia, hyperkalemia, hypoglycemia, DIC markers, and positive blood culture
s.Microbiology & Culture Report Annotation: Annotate microbiology data: culture sensitivity patterns, organism identification, antibiotic susceptibility results, and resistance patterns (MRSA, ESBL, etc.) for AI antimicrobial stewardship trainin
g.RLHF for Diagnostic AI: Compare and rank multiple AI-generated lab interpretations, evaluating accuracy, clinical relevance, and appropriate recommendations for follow-up testin
g.Quality Control Data Annotation: Label quality control parameters, calibration data, and method validation results to train AI on laboratory quality assurance concept
s.Histopathology & Cytology Metadata Tagging: Tag pathology report data with structured metadata: specimen type, tissue site, diagnosis category, staging information, and report completeness marker
